Returns Policy

For our Merch to be available to fans around the world, Donny's Shop uses Printful to create & ship our products.

As they are a print-on-demand manufacturer, we are unable to offer Returns & Exchanges for change of mind / change of size as products are created for each customer. Make sure to double-check that you have the right item & size before you complete your purchase.

Faulty Products / Print Issues

If your order is misprinted / damaged / defective please contact us at Donnysshop@hotmail.com within 30 days of your order being received.

● Photo(s) of Issue
● Description of Issue

Incorrect Address

If you accidentally enter a typo or wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to correct it in time.
If you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered to that address, we are unable to retrieve it and are not responsible.

Unclaimed / Returned To Sender

If your order has not arrived and is past the estimated delivery date, it is likely being held at your local Post Office ready for you to collect.
If left unclaimed, orders are then returned to the closest fulfillment center to your country of purchase*. Once it arrives at the warehouse, we are happy to re-ship your order within 30 days. After the 30 day period, unclaimed returns are donated to charity.

If you think your order has been returned to sender, contact us via email. Please check your inbox/junk folder for our emails as we will need to confirm your details for reshipment. 

*Please note that this is at the discretion of your local Post Office. It is best to contact them directly. Depending on the circumstances of your order, reshipments may not be a guarantee.


Shipping / Delivery Times

Please allow extra time if you are ordering on weekends.
Orders placed after 5 pm on Fridays (Australian Eastern Standard Time) may not be processed until Monday morning.
