Returns Policy
To make sure our merch is available to fans everywhere, Donny's Shop uses Printful for creating and shipping our products.
Because each item is printed on demand for each customer, we are unable to offer returns and exchanges for change of mind or size. Please check our size guide before completing your order.
Faulty Product / Print Issues
If your order is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us at Donnysshop@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
● First and Last Name
● Order Number (#0000)
● Description of the issue
● Photos of the issue
● A full photo of the product
Order Delayed
Address Issue
Your order may be placed on hold if your address is flagged as invalid or incomplete. This will delay shipping and delivery times while we attempt to contact you for confirmation. Please check your inbox and junk folder if you haven’t received updates about your order within our usual shipping timeframe.
If we are unable to reach you, your order will either be accepted as is, or possibly cancelled and refunded to prevent your package from being lost in transit.
Please note that this is not a fail-safe. Only you are responsible for entering your address correctly.
Delayed for Review
Orders that are flagged as potentially fraudulent will be placed on hold for review. This may cause delays in shipping times. Please check your inbox and junk folder if you have not received any updates about your order within our standard shipping timeframe. If we cannot reach you, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
If your order is flagged as high-risk for fraud, your order will be cancelled and refunded automatically. If you would like to place a new order, it is recommended to use a different payment method to avoid your order being cancelled again.

Package Not Delivered
During the final stage of your delivery, it's important to make sure that your address is correct, easily accessible and that someone will be home to accept the delivery. If you know that no one will be home, it is recommended to contact your delivery carrier with instructions on where to leave your package.
If you miss the delivery, your package will likely be taken to your local Post Office or collection point for you to pick up. Please note that postal service policies and the timeframe for how long they will hold your package before returning it to the sender, may vary. It's best to contact them or visit in person as soon as you can.
Package Mis-Delivered by Carrier
Delivery carriers typically include a proof-of-delivery photo in your tracking updates. If your package is marked as delivered and the photo does not match your house or mailbox, contact the delivery carrier immediately, as there may be an option to redirect your package.
Lost In Transit
If your tracking information as not updated within our shipping and delivery timeframe, your order could be delayed or possibly lost in transit. Contact us by email with your order details, and we can work out the best option for next steps.
Address Issues & Typos
Donny's Shop is not responsible for reimbursement if your address is entered incorrectly.
If you notice a mistake in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to correct it in time.
Please include the titles for each section (address, city, etc) when sending your updated address.
If you miss the window to update your order, and the address is partially valid (i.e missing building or unit number), your package will likely be sent to your local Post Office.
We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates, as you may have the option to redirect or collect your package from the Post Office before it is processed to be returned to sender.
It's best to contact them as soon as possible and bring your ID and tracking information with you for collection. Please note that courier and postal service policies, as well as holding periods, may vary. For the best guidance on retrieving your package, check with them directly for your next steps.
Package Delivered to Wrong Address
If you have entered the wrong address and your package has been delivered, we recommend contacting the delivery carrier as soon as possible. They may be able to redirect the package. Unfortunately, if the owner has accepted the delivery, there is nothing that can be done in this situation, and we are not responsible for reimbursement.
Returned To Sender
If your package is left unclaimed at the Post Office, it will be returned to the closest fulfilment centre to your country of purchase. Please note that delivery couriers do not prioritize returns, so it may take between 2 to 6 weeks for your package to arrive at the warehouse.
Once it arrives, we will be happy to reship your order back to you. Because this is a new shipment, this will include a shipping fee. Please keep an eye on your inbox / junk folder, as we will need to confirm your details and send you an invoice for shipping.
Please be aware that orders left unclaimed at the warehouse will be donated to charity after 30 days. After this period, reshipments will no longer be available, and we are not responsible for reimbursement.
