Returns Policy

So our merch can be available to fans around the world, Donny's Shop uses Printful to create & ship our products.

As they are a print-on-demand manufacturer, we are unable to offer returns & exchanges for change of mind or size as products are created for each customer. Please make sure you have the correct size / colour / item before completing your purchase. See our Size Guide & product photos for reference. 

Faulty Claims

If your order is misprinted / damaged / defective please contact us at Donnysshop@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please Include:
● First / Last Name
● Order Number (#0000)
● Photo(s) of Issue
● Description of Issue
● Photo of product in full

Address / Delivery Issues

If you accidentally enter a typo or wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to correct it in time.
If you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered to that address, we are unable to retrieve it and are not responsible.

Paused Orders

We may place your order on hold if your address has been flagged as invalid or incomplete until we can get in touch with you for confirmation. This can cause delays in shipping & delivery times.

Please check your inbox / junk folder if your order has not been updated within our shipping timeframe. If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, we may cancel & refund your order to avoid your package being lost in transit.

Please note that this is not a fail-safe. Only you are responsible for your address being entered correctly.

Unclaimed / Returned To Sender

If your address is correct and has not arrived, it is likely being held at your local Post Office or Newsagency ready for you to collect.

If left unclaimed, the PO will return the package to the closest fulfillment center to your country of purchase*.
Once it arrives, we will be happy to re-ship your order back to you. Depending on the circumstances of the return, you may be responsible for shipping costs.
Because delivery couriers do not prioritise returns, this process can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks to arrive at the warehouse.

Orders that are left unclaimed will be donated to charity after 30 days at the warehouse. Re-shipments and refunds will be unavailable past this time.

If you think your order has been returned to sender, please contact us at Donnysshop@hotmail.com. Keep an eye on your inbox / junk folder for our emails to confirm your re-shipment. 

*Please note that this is at the discretion of your local Post Office. It is best to contact them directly. Depending on the circumstances of your order, reshipments may not be a guarantee.

Fraudulent Orders

Orders suspected of fraud may be subject to review, potentially causing delays or a cancellation / refund of your order. If your order is delayed, please check your emails as we could be trying to contact you to confirm your order.
