Returns Policy

So our merch can be available to fans around the world, Donny's Shop uses Printful to create & ship our products.

Because they are a print-on-demand manufacturer, we are unable to offer returns & exchanges for change of mind or size, as products are created for each customer. Please use our size guide & make sure you have the right size / colour before placing your order.

Faulty Product / Print Issues

If your order is misprinted / damaged / defective please contact us at Donnysshop@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Order Delayed

Address Issue
We may place your order on hold if your address has been flagged as invalid or incomplete until we can get in touch with you for confirmation. This can cause delays in shipping & delivery times. Please check your inbox / junk folder if your order has not been updated within our shipping timeframe.

If we are unable to reach you, we may cancel / refund your order to avoid your package being lost in transit.
Please note that this is not a fail-safe. Only you are responsible for your address being entered correctly.

Delayed for Review
Orders that are flagged as potentially fraudulent are placed on hold for review. This can cause delays in shipping times. Please check your inbox / junk folder if your order has not been updated within our shipping timeframe. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Wrong Address

If you make a mistake on your address, please contact us as soon as possible. 
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to correct it in time.

If you miss the window to update your address, keep an eye on your tracking link as it may be sent to the local Post Office. If it does, we suggest calling the PO and explaining your situation. You should be able to collect it from them. Make sure you bring your ID and tracking info with you.
Note: This is at the discretion of your local PO. Postal service policies can vary by location.

If your order has been delivered to the wrong address, contact the delivery courier as soon as possible. They may be able to redirect the package. If the package is accepted by the owner of the home, it is their right to keep it. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in this situation, and we are not responsible for reimbursement.

Package Not Delivered

During the delivery's last leg, it is your responsibility to make sure that your address is correct / easily accessible and that someone will be home to accept the delivery. If you know that no one will be home, it is best to contact your delivery courier and give them instructions on where to leave your package.

If you miss your delivery, your package will be sent to your local Post Office or collection point ready for you to pick up.
Because the policies for Postal Services are different in each country, the timeframe for how long they will hold on to your package before returning it to the sender can vary. It's best to contact them / head in as soon as possible.

Returned To Sender

If your package is left unclaimed at the PO, it will be returned to the closest fulfilment centre to your country of purchase. Because delivery couriers do not prioritise returns, it can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks to arrive at the warehouse.

Once it arrives, we will be happy to re-ship your order back to you. Keep an eye on your inbox / junk folder as we will need to confirm your details and send you an invoice for shipping.

Orders that are left unclaimed at the warehouse will be donated to charity after 30 days. Re-shipments and refunds will be unavailable past this time.
