Some products are sourced from separate locations and split into two packages. You can find both tracking links in your shipping confirmation email.

As your order gets closer to delivery, it's a good idea to keep an eye on your tracking updates to make sure your address is easily accessible for the carrier and that someone will be home to receive the package.
If they are not able to leave your package in a safe place, or there are any delivery issues, it will usually be sent back to your local Post Office or a nearby collection point for you to pick up. Keep in mind that policies for how long they will hold your package before returning it to the sender can vary by location. We suggest reaching out to them or stopping by as soon as you can.
